Job summary

Culina Contract Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for our Chesterfield operation. The role involves leading a hands-on team, driving performance and maintaining safety and quality standards. Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, 6am–6pm, with overtime paid at 1.5x for hours beyond contracted weekly hours.

You will support the Shift Manager in motivating and developing the team to ensure customer requirements are met to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience leading a small team or shift.
• Comfortable handling alcohol products in a Beer, Wines & Spirits operation.
• Strong communication and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of around 10 colleagues across the operation.
• Drive shift performance to achieve productivity and KPI targets.
• Promote health, safety, hygiene and compliance standards.
• Conduct quality and compliance checks to meet standards.
• Deliver clear team briefings and maintain open communication.
• Ensure goods are received, stored and made available efficiently.
• Coach and develop team members to maximise performance and progression.
• Support people processes in line with company procedures.
