Job summary

Culina is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader for its Sheffield operation. You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, drive productivity and KPI performance, and ensure safety, quality and customer standards are met. The role includes coaching staff and supporting shift management to maintain smooth operations.

Working 4 on 4 off days (06:00-18:00), you will help deliver excellent service for key customers and contribute to continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced operation.
• Experience in a team-leader or supervisory role.
• Clear communication and ability to share information confidently.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Track record of motivating teams to meet or exceed targets.
• Comfortable using IT systems and standard software.
• Professional, approachable attitude at work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organise and support a team of around warehouse colleagues.
• Drive shift performance to meet productivity and KPI targets.
• Promote health, safety, hygiene and compliance standards.
• Carry out quality and compliance checks for audits.
• Deliver team briefings and clear communication on priorities.
• Support goods in and warehouse operations for efficient stock handling.
• Coach and develop team members to maximise performance.
• Support people processes in line with company procedures.
