Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a shift-based team.
• Forecast staff requirements and manage rotas and holidays.
• Induct and train staff and contractors and guide performance.
• Ensure payroll paperwork and attendance records are accurate.
• Maintain health and safety standards and communicate policies to the team.
