InPost UK is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor (Nights) to lead the Blenheim Way, Fradley Park, site operations. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, optimise sortation processes, and guide a skilled team toward high performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a supervisory role within a parcel sortation or logistics warehouse.
• Strong background in warehouse flow management and process optimisation.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication across teams and departments.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems and relevant tech tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• FLT Counterbalance licence is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and optimise efficiency across departments.
• Lead, train and mentor a high-performing warehouse team.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate sorting, processing and dispatch.
• Enforce SOPs and uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Drive KPI monitoring, identify opportunities for cost savings and performance improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth cross-functional operations.
• Manage driver briefings and ensure clear, timely communications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
