Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the parcel sortation team to ensure timely, accurate, and safe handling of parcels throughout the sorting process.
• Coordinate shift operations and manage parcel throughput to meet and exceed operational targets.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all parcels meet company standards, prioritising safety at all times.
• Train and develop new team members, ensuring they excel and maintain high performance.
• Support the shift manager by addressing any challenges and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Foster a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment by promoting company policies and health & safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
