InPost Maidstone is seeking a Nights Warehouse Shift Manager to lead a dedicated team, drive KPIs, and ensure safe, efficient operations across all processes. You will report to the Shift Operations Manager and own rotas, handovers and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced depot environment.

The role requires strong people management, practical problem-solving and robust computer skills with ERP/WMS experience. A high-energy, results-driven leader is ideal for this pivotal team.

• Enforce company policies and uphold high operational standards.
• Champion safety and a proactive safety culture in fast-paced settings.
• Demonstrate ability to drive KPIs and continuous improvements.
• Maintain focus under pressure; prioritize tasks effectively.
• Utilise Outlook, Excel and WMS; adapt to new digital tools.
