Job summary

InPost Ltd. is seeking a Nights Warehouse Shift Manager in Maidstone to lead a busy night shift and drive efficient warehouse operations. You will mentor a dedicated team, manage rotas, and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

Reporting to the Shift Operations Manager, you will optimize processes, maintain safety standards, and collaborate across departments to meet targets. The role is based on-site in Maidstone with a Wednesday-to-Sunday pattern and a salary of £36,000–£38,000

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fast-paced Warehouse/Logistics
• Proven track record in people management
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational KPIs
• Calm, focused under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and warehouse systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a warehouse team to meet productivity targets and deadlines
• Forecast staff requirements, manage rotas and annual leave
• Own all warehouse processes and drive continuous improvements
• Provide clear handover reports to the next Shift Manager
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold company policies and safety standards
