Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for the Bristol site to manage night-shift operations. You will support the First Line Manager, coordinate workloads, lead safety and quality initiatives, and act as shift lead to ensure safe, efficient performance.

The role is full-time, 4 on 4 off, 19:00–07:00, with a salary up to £31,758.48 and a comprehensive benefits package. We value safety, teamwork and compliance across all activities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating labour and resources across a shift.
• Supervising day-to-day warehouse activities with focus on productivity, quality, safety and service targets.
• Leading shift briefings, handovers and operational communications to keep teams informed.
• Carrying out safety observations, audits, inspections and supporting investigations.
• Providing coaching and management cover during First Line Manager absence or annual leave.

Responsibilities
