Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for a Currys site in Bristol, working nights on a 4 on, 4 off schedule from 19:00 to 07:00.

You will support the First Line Manager to run a safe, efficient and high-performing warehouse operation, coordinating workloads and labour while upholding safety and compliance standards. Based in Bristol ERDC, you’ll lead the shift, oversee tipping, picking, loading and MHE movements, and provide coaching to colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating labour and resources to meet shift priorities.
• Ability to supervise day-to-day warehouse activities while maintaining safety and quality.
• Lead shift briefings and handovers to keep teams informed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating labour and resources to meet operational priorities and customer requirements across the shift
• Supervising day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring productivity, quality, safety and service targets are achieved
• Leading shift briefings, handovers and operational communications to keep teams informed and engaged
• Carrying out safety observations, audits, inspections and supporting accident and incident investigations
• Providing coaching, guidance and management cover during periods of First Line Manager absence or annual leave
