Qualifications

• Experience managing transport teams in a complex, unionised environment.
• Strong background in food service logistics.
• CPC and/or IOSH qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee drivers, agency staff and subcontractors on shift, with performance management.
• Plan resources and rotas for the upcoming period, coordinating agency bookings.
• Ensure O Licence compliance and maintain HACCP/NSF standards on shift.
