Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics or distribution operations.
• Strong communication with drivers and operational teams.
• Ability to supervise or support driver performance and return-to-work conversations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate night transport operations to dispatch vehicles and drivers safely and on time.
• Serve as first point of contact for drivers, provide support and escalate issues as needed.
• Brief and debrief drivers with accurate operational information.
• Monitor live routes and respond to delays to support service recovery.
• Assist the Shift Manager with day-to-day transport operation tasks.
