Job summary

Gist Limited is seeking a Transport Coordinator in Cumbernauld to support a fast-paced FMCG transport operation. You will coordinate night deliveries, communicate with drivers, and assist with payroll and compliance during your shift.

The role is full-time, 38 hours per week, with an early start window. You will work across Transport, Warehouse and Planning teams to maintain safe, on-time service for the busy Christmas peak.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics or distribution operations.
• Experience in Transport Coordinator, Transport Administrator or similar role.
• Ability to communicate with drivers and allocate work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the night transport operation to ensure vehicles and drivers are dispatched safely, efficiently and on time.
• Act as the first point of contact for drivers, providing support and resolving issues.
• Brief and debrief drivers with accurate operational information.
