Job summary

Pertemps North Midlands is seeking a Transport Administrator for night shifts based at Kegworth to support a global logistics operation at East Midlands Gateway. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6pm–4am with a one-hour break, and involves data entry, paperwork checks and liaising with drivers and customers.

The position is full-time on a temporary-to-permanent basis, paying £15 per hour. Applicants should be good communicators, able to work in a team and handle multiple computer systems with

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, warehousing or logistics.
• Proficient with Excel and computer systems.
• Excellent phone and email communication.
• Able to work in a team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring paperwork is correct and stored correctly.
• Data inputting on Excel and in the CRM.
• Supporting Transport Planners and Team Leaders with general administration.
• General duties as assigned.
