Job summary

Pertemps North Midlands is recruiting for a Transport Administrator (Nights) to support a global logistics partner at East Midlands Gateway. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6pm–4am, with a 1-hour lunch break, and involves admin tasks to keep transport operations smooth.

You will input data in Excel and CRM, manage paperwork, assist Transport Planners and Team Leaders, and communicate effectively by phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, warehouse or logistics
• Proficient in Excel and computer systems
• Good communication via phone and email
• Team player to ensure customer happiness

Responsibilities

• Ensure paperwork is correct and stored correctly
• Data input on Excel and CRM
• Support Transport Planners and Team Leaders with general admin
• Carry out other duties as assigned
