The Best Connection is recruiting for a Transport Admin to join our night transport operation in Stoke-on-Trent. The role supports drivers, keeps deliveries organised and on schedule, and requires precise administration to ensure accuracy and compliance on the overnight shift. Salary is £28,325 per annum.

Working Sunday to Thursday, 22:00-06:00, you will issue driver packs, handle data entry, answer calls and help ensure overnight operations run smoothly and safely.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Preparing, organising and issuing driver packs to document routes and requirements.
• Conducting driver pre-briefs and debriefs to communicate information and maintain accuracy.
• Completing transport administration, including data entry and records maintenance.
• Handling a high volume of telephone calls to support drivers and the transport operation.
• Providing general support to the night transport team for smooth daily activities.
• Following health and safety procedures and maintaining compliance.
