Compass Children's Homes in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking for a dedicated Night-time Residential Worker to support children and young people in our therapeutic homes. The role welcomes experienced Residential Workers or Youth Workers, or those starting a career in residential care, with training and reflective practice provided.

You will build positive relationships, safeguard children and work with a team to meet diverse needs, including those requiring high levels of supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be 22 years old or above.
• Valid driving licence.
• Enhanced DBS check will be completed in the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the care of our children and young people during night shifts.
• Contribute to a therapeutic home environment with reflective practice and training.
• Create positive relationships with the children and always safeguard them.
• Care for a diverse group of children and young people, including those needing higher supervision.
