Compass Children's Homes in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking for a dedicated Night-time Residential Worker to support children and young people in our therapeutic homes. The role welcomes experienced Residential Workers or Youth Workers, or those starting a career in residential care, with training and reflective practice provided.
You will build positive relationships, safeguard children and work with a team to meet diverse needs, including those requiring high levels of supervision.
