Shaw Healthcare (Group) Ltd is seeking a Residential Night Team Leader for Burleys Wood in Crawley. This role supports older residents with physical frailty and dementia, with night shifts from 20:00 to 08:00 on a 4 weekly rota, 48 hours per week.

Residential Night Team Leader at Burleys Wood

Salary: £15.36 per hour

Hours: 48 hours per week

Shift Times: On 4 weekly Rota, 12hr night shifts 20:00-08:00 (includes alternative weekends)

Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Residential Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at Burleys Wood in Crawley. The purpose-built service provides residential and nursing care for older people with physical frailty, and for older people living with dementia.

Qualifications And Experience
