Wigston service in the Leicester area is recruiting a Support Worker to empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health needs to live life their way.
You’ll deliver person-centred care, support daily living activities, provide personal care, and follow care plans to ensure safety and consistency. The role is full-time with a rota across Monday to Sunday.
Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)
Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)
Wigston is a 8-bed residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD and mental health. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including walks, parties, sensory room and BBQs helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
