Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Leicestershire is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health needs to live life their way. You’ll deliver person-centred care and support daily living activities, helping individuals achieve personal goals with health and wellbeing support.

The role requires rota across Monday to Sunday, full-time 40 hours per week, with pay £12.71–£13.21 per hour depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs.
• Ability to follow care plans and processes.
• Willingness to work on rota across weekdays and weekends.

• Assist with daily life activities, e.g. cooking, shopping, social outings.

About the Service

Oadby is an 8-bed residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, epilepsy and mental health. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including going on drives, shopping and community outings, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

Pay Structure

• Entry Level – £12.71 per hour
• NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour
• NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour
