Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Rotherham is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs live life their way. The role is full-time, 42 hours per week on a rota, with pay of £12.71–£13.21 per hour depending on qualifications.

You will deliver person-centred care, support daily living activities, and follow care plans to ensure safe, consistent support.

Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire S60 2PW

Hours: Full-time 42 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)

Pay: £12.71 - £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)

About the Service

Rotherham is a 8-bed residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and down syndrome. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including listening to music, playing sports, going for walks and playing sensory games, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way.

You’ll:

• Support independence and personal goals
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
• Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
• Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure

• Entry Level – £12.71 per hour
• NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour
• NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour
