Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the Crewe area is recruiting a Support Worker to empower adults with learning disabilities and related needs. You will deliver person-centred care, support daily living activities, and follow care plans to ensure safe, consistent support.

Job description

Shifts: Bank 0 hour contacts available (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)

Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.21ph (dependent on qualifications)

About the Service

Wistaston is a 7-bed residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and complex needs. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including shopping, cinema, dancing and garden games, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way.

Pay Structure

• Entry Level – £12.71 per hour
• NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour
• NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour
