Popis Garden is a 9-bed residential service in Horley, providing person-centred support to adults with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs. We are hiring a part-time Support Worker to empower residents to live life their way and achieve personal goals.

You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, assist with daily activities, and follow individual care plans. Benefits include leave, discounts, a birthday day off, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Social Care required
• NVQ Level 3 in Social Care preferred or required
• Basic IT skills expected

Job description

Hours: Part time 20 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)

Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)

About the Service

Popis Garden is a 9-bed residential service supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and epilepsy. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including swimming, bowling, hosting discos and cooking helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way.

You’ll:

Support independence and personal goals

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care

Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings

Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing

Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure

Entry Level – £12.71 per hour

NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour

NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour
