Poplars is a 6-bed residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, epilepsy, Smith–Magenis syndrome and Aspergers. As a Support Worker you’ll empower adults to live life their way, supporting independence and personal goals.
You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care, assist with daily activities such as cooking, shopping and social outings, provide personal care and health support, and follow care plans to ensure safe, consistent support.
Hours: Full-time 42 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)
Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)

The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including socialising, arts & crafts and days out helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health needs to live life their way.
You’ll:
Support independence and personal goals
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Entry Level – £12.71 per hour
NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour
NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour
