Transforming Support Sussex in Chichester is seeking a Male Support Worker for night shifts. The role pays £14.00 per hour, equating to about £28,028 per year for 38.5 hours per week, with a discretionary £1,000 annual bonus and a fully funded enhanced DBS check.

You will provide personal care and practical support during the night, assist with routines, monitor health needs, and keep clear records. Applicants must have at least six months’ experience in supported living or related fields, and

Qualifications

• Be male due to privacy needs.
• Six months’ experience in supported living or with learning disabilities, mental health needs or complex needs.
• Available to work the full night rota, including alternate weekends.
• Right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Providing personal care and practical support throughout the night with dignity and respect.
• Supporting evening, overnight and morning routines according to individual needs.
• Maintaining accurate records and handovers; following safeguarding procedures.
