Job summary

Cygnet Chaseways in Sawbridgeworth is hiring a dedicated Night Support Worker to deliver high‑quality care from 8.00pm to 8.00am, 42 hours per week. You will support adults with learning disabilities in a residential setting, offering physical and emotional care, safeguarding, and daily living assistance.

The role demands empathy, strong communication, and teamwork; successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check and benefit from coaching, appraisal, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Male applicants only due to genuine occupational needs.
• Experience providing care in a residential setting is desirable.
• Ability to engage and support adults with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
