Transforming Support is seeking Male Night Support Workers in Chichester to provide safe, respectful overnight care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will support personal care, night routines and respond calmly to changing needs in a two-week rolling rota.
Qualities sought include patience, reliability and good judgement. Applicants must be male and able to work nights, including weekends, with a fully funded enhanced DBS and ongoing training provided.
Help people live independently. Earn £14 per hour, with a discretionary £1,000 annual bonus, funded DBS and a predictable rota.

Salary: £14.00 per hour, equivalent to £28,028 per annum
Contract: Full time, permanent
Hours: 38.5 paid hours per week
Shifts: Nights, 12 hour shifts on a two week rolling shift pattern.
Working pattern: Rolling two week rota, with three shifts one week and four the next, including alternate weekends
