Cygnet Group is seeking a confident Night Support Worker in Sawbridgeworth to deliver compassionate care during night shifts (8:00pm–8:00am). The role supports adults with learning disabilities in a residential setting, focusing on safety, independence and person-centred planning.
You will work a 42-hour week, with a male-only requirement due to service needs, and opportunities for overtime. Full orientation and ongoing coaching are provided.

Located in the heart of the community in Sawbridgeworth, Chaseways is a residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with moderate / severe learning disabilities, who may have associated complex needs.
Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do and we are able to meet the changing needs of people as they progress through their care pathway, while ensuring their safety is maintained and their independence supported.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
