Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Male Wake Night Support Worker in Kings Heath (B13 0QE) to provide overnight care for adults with learning disabilities/autism. The role requires the candidate to be male and over 18, with experience in disability care.

35 hours per week at a rate of £13.45–£14.15 per hour, with a supportive induction and DBS coverage. Responsibilities include monitoring at night, assisting with routines, responding to incidents, and maintaining a calm environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with learning disabilities or autism.
• Male candidate required due to service needs.
• Reliable for night shifts and able to work 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Monitor individuals during the night to ensure safety and well-being.
• Provide support including night-time care routines.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents overnight.
• Maintain a calm, secure environment and assist with light domestic tasks.
• Record incidents and changes in conditions with accurate documentation.
• Work independently through the night with vigilance and attention to detail.
