Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents during the night to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Provide night-time care and support as needed.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents promptly.
• Maintain a calm, secure environment for residents at night.
• Assist with light domestic tasks in communal areas.
• Record incidents and changes in residents' conditions accurately.
• Work independently overnight with vigilance and reliability.
