Job summary

Reamcare in Worcester Park is seeking a Female Waking Night Support Worker to join our residential care team. The role is full time, 33.25 hours per week on a shift basis, with weekend work and a pay rate of £12.93 per hour plus overtime.

You will help young adults with autism and learning disabilities develop independence and safety in a homely setting, lead shifts, monitor care plans, administer medication safely, and support daily living activities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a Support Worker.
• Experience working with young adults who have autism or learning disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to drive is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shifts and support the team to deliver person-centred care.
• Administer medication safely and review care plans and risk assessments.
• Support personal care and help individuals access hobbies and community activities.
