Keys Group in Weymouth is seeking a Wake Night Support Worker for a full-time night shift, to support adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. The role entails monitoring during the night, assisting with night-time routines, and ensuring a calm, safe environment.

The position offers £13.45–£14.05 per hour, 40 hours per week, and a comprehensive benefits package including DBS paid, generous annual leave, and a structured induction for new staff.

Qualifications

• Calm, reliable and responsible individual required for overnight care.
• Ability to monitor and respond to nights’ needs.
• Record incidents and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor individuals during the night to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Provide night-time care routines and assistance as needed.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents during the night.
• Maintain a calm, secure environment for residents.
• Assist with light domestic tasks and tidying of communal areas.
• Record changes in residents’ condition and document accurately.
• Work independently throughout the night with vigilance.
