Job summary

CareTech UK Ltd is seeking a Wake Night Support Worker in Smallfield, Surrey. This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis, with shifts that include nights, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The rate is £13.03 per hour with a comprehensive induction and ongoing training.

You will deliver person-centred support, assist with daily living skills and personal care, promote independence and maintain records as part of a caring team. DBS is paid for by CareTech.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 QCF (Social Care Wales registration).
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis.
• Drivers desirable but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech).

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required.
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Support activities, appointments, and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team.
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
