Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Night Support Worker in Holt, Wiltshire. The role involves supporting individuals in a residential setting, teaching life skills, assisting with personal care, and promoting independence through activities and community access. Shifts run 21:00–07:00, with a flexible rota across nights.

A full UK driving licence is expected to enable transport between sites and activities. Pay starts at £13.34 per hour (including night enhancement) with enhanced pay structures for

Qualifications

Must be able to work nights (21:00–07:00)
Must be flexible across a 7-day rota
Be resilient, supportive and patient with individuals
Experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Help people gain independence in daily living
Teach life skills and encourage community participation
Assist with personal care as needed
Support activities, outings and socializing
Promote safety and wellbeing within a residential setting
Follow service policies and Positive Behaviour Support plans
