Midway Care Group is hiring Support Workers - Nights to help adults with learning disabilities. You will support daily living, build relationships, and participate in care plans with a team focused on dignity and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring or working with vulnerable adults.
• Desire to make a difference in daily lives.
• Willingness to be flexible with shifts including weekends.

• Support people in developing and maintaining daily living skills.
• Identify and meet the needs of those we care for.
• Develop and maintain relationships with people, team members and the local community.
• Encourage choices in line with the rights of people with learning disabilities.
