Job summary

Midway Care Group is a specialist provider of care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges. The team focuses on person-centered care, empowering individuals to lead fulfilling and independent lives within a supportive community.

We are seeking Male Support Workers with a car to cover 35 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends, across our services. Travel is fully expensed and ongoing funded qualification opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• A desire to work with people and make a difference in their daily lives.
• Experience in caring or working with a venerable adult.

Responsibilities

• Support people in developing and maintaining daily living skills.
• Identify and meet the needs of those we care for.
• Develop and maintain relationships with people, team members and the local community.
• Encourage choices in keeping with the rights of people with a Learning Disability.
• Assist with defined care plans encouraging independence.
