Job summary

Midway Care Group is hiring a Support Worker for night shifts in Fazeley. The role offers full-time hours and requires a car for travel. You will support adults with learning disabilities in daily living activities, work toward individual care plans, and build relationships with service users and the local community.

Training and development are provided, with opportunities for progression. Expected hours are 35 per week, with pay at £12.71 per hour and additional incentive pay potential.

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights and weekends
• Experience in care or a genuine willingness to care for people
• Desire to develop career in care and potentially progress to leadership roles
