Job summary

Midway Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for night shifts in Fazeley to help adults with learning disabilities build daily living skills and independence. You will engage with individuals, support personal care where needed, and participate in community activities while promoting rights and choices.

The role offers above-National Living Wage rates, full training provided, and access to support services. A driver with car is preferred for travel between services.

• Experience in caring or working with people with learning disabilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong values, dignity and empathy in care.
