Midway Care Group is recruiting for Night Support Workers for a supported living service in Willington, Derby. Shifts are 10pm-7am, and you will assist residents in developing daily living skills and participating in activities within the home and local community.

You will support individuals to make choices, follow care plans, and uphold rights, with full training provided and funded qualifications opportunities. The role offers a supportive team and clear progression paths.

• Experience in caring or working with a venerable adult.
