Midway Care Group is recruiting for Support Workers - Days to support adults with learning disabilities. Drivers with a car are required for this role. Expected hours are 35 per week, with flexible weekday/weekend shifts in Acocks Green area and surrounding communities.

• Experience in caring for or working with a vulnerable adult.

• Support people in developing and maintaining daily living skills.
• Identify and meet the needs of those we care for.
• Develop and maintain relationships with people, team members and the local community.
• Encourage choices in keeping with the rights of people with a Learning Disability.
• Participate and assist with defined care plans.
