Voyage Care is seeking compassionate Night Support Workers to help residents in a Wiveliscombe residential service. You will support bedtime routines, personal care, and night checks in a peaceful setting within a Grade II listed building, with opportunities for training and career progression.

The role requires flexibility, resilience, and experience with supported individuals including those with mental health needs or autism.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Ability to follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bedtime routines and support with personal care.
• Perform regular checks during night shifts.
• Carry out light domestic duties during spare time.
