Voyage Care Hindhead is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker for The Willow to help residents grow independence during night hours. You will work in a caring team, supporting personal care, safety, and participation in activities, while building confidence and daily living skills.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, resilience, flexibility, and experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans. DBS checks apply; training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans is essential.
• Demonstrates reflective practice and resilience in challenging situations.
• Flexible, caring and patient attitude with a passion to support independence.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain independence in daily living tasks and personal care.
• Support participation in local community activities and outings.
• Work as part of a team to monitor wellbeing and safety overnight.
• Encourage social interaction and meaningful activity during shifts.
