Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Night Support Worker in Wellington. Typical shifts are 20:30–08:00, three shifts a week with alternate weekends. You’ll help residents gain independence, assist with bedtime routines, and perform regular night checks in a residential setting with green grounds and on‑site facilities.

• Ability to follow care plans and maintain dignity of residents

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bedtime routines and personal care, maintaining privacy and respect
• Conduct regular checks throughout the night to ensure safety and wellbeing
• Support residents with activities of daily living and enable independence
• Perform light domestic duties as needed to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
• Adhere to Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflect on practice
