Job summary

Prime Life is seeking a Night Support Worker to join our caring team in Brigg, North Lincolnshire. The role involves 8pm–8am shifts, with options for full or part-time contracts, and a supportive environment for residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

Benefits include fully funded DBS, holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme. Prior experience is desirable but full training is provided to help you make a real difference in our residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
• Providing companionship and emotional/practical support.
• Assisting residents with daily living decisions and personal care.
• Supporting residents in recreational activities and mealtimes.
• Promoting independence in meal preparation and activities.
• Collaborating with professionals on individualized care plans.
