Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Encouraging residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
• Providing companionship and emotional and practical support.
• Assisting residents in daily living decisions.
• Assisting residents with personal care and recreational activities.
• Helping residents retire for the evening and sleep soundly.
• Promoting independence during meal preparation and mealtimes.
• Collaborating with professionals to develop individualised care plans.
