Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Night Support Worker for our Wellington service. You will help residents gain independence by supporting daily activities, bedtime routines and night-time checks in a caring, hands-on team.

The role involves night shifts (20:30–08:00), 3 shifts a week with alternate weekends, and requires resilience, empathy and a driving licence where possible. We offer extensive training and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour of distress, mental health conditions, autism and trauma.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bedtime routines and personal care.
• Complete regular checks throughout the night.
• Perform light domestic duties in spare time.
