Voyage Care is seeking a caring, hands-on Support Worker to help people gain independence in daily life within a dynamic team. You will assist with personal care, encourage community access, and participate in activities to improve quality of life.

Based at Roselea in Slimbridge, the role involves evening and night shifts (21:30–07:30) under a 40-hour contract, with enhanced pay for evenings and weekends and additional benefits such as Blue Light Card and 24/7 support lines.
