Job summary

Prime Life is seeking a Night Support Worker to join our friendly team at Brackendale House, Sheringham. The role offers full or part-time hours with shifts on nights, designed to support residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

We provide full training, a DBS check, and opportunities to progress within the care team. The team focuses on dignity, respect, and high-quality person-centred care for residents.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and desire to make a real difference for residents.
• Prior experience as a Support worker or Care Assistant is desirable but training is provided.
• Patience, understanding and respect for residents' individual abilities.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
• Providing companionship with emotional and practical support.
• Assisting residents in daily living decisions and personal care.
• Assisting with meals and participating in recreational activities.
• Promoting resident independence in food preparation and mealtimes.
• Collaborating with professionals to implement care plans.
