Job summary

Prime Life are recruiting a Night Support Worker to join our team at South Street Residential Home in Sheringham. This role offers regular night shifts from 8pm to 8am across a 7-day week, with full or part-time options and a positive, caring environment.

Candidates with a background in care are welcomed, though full training is provided. We value patience, respect for residents’ abilities and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of people living with a range of needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is desirable, training provided for the role.
• Candidates should be patient, understanding and respectful of residents.
• Ability to support residents with personal care and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Encourage residents to achieve their best quality of life.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support residents in decisions about daily routines and mealtimes.
• Promote independence in meal preparation and activities.
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop individualized care plans.
