Job summary

Priory Group in Rochdale is seeking a Support Worker for night shifts at Mount View House. The role involves 38 hours weekly, four waking nights from 10pm to 7:30am, with rotational weekend work. Mount View House supports eight autistic residents, aged mostly over 18, in a rural Greater Manchester setting.

You will join a compassionate team delivering personalised care plans and assisting residents toward wellbeing and independence. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.

• Maintain accurate records, care plans, charts, and daily notes.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality in line with policies and regulations.
• Act as a key worker for individuals, helping them to set goals and track progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and involvement at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and suggestions.
